 BUILDING FAIRS BRNO
According to the European Building Industry Federation, the BUILDING FAIRS BRNO is the only international building fair in Central and Eastern Europe with a high proportion of industry professionals among its visitors (69 %).

Within Europe, it has been established as one of the five biggest fairs in the industry for many years. It is a prestigious event of a global importance with approx. 1,500 exhibitors from the whole world, including most of the industry leaders in the domestic as well as world markets. Over 80,000 visitors from 44 countries visited the last fair held in 2009.

The Building Fairs are made up of four relatively independent sections.

 WATENVI 2010 - International Water Management and Environmental Technology
International Water Management and Ecological Fair rank among the largest fairs in Central and Eastern Europe focusing on water management, waste management and protection of all aspects of the environment.
They are regularly attended by most market leaders from the Czech Republic and abroad.

The fairs consist of the International Water Management Exhibition VODOVODY-KANALIZACE (VOD-KA), organizer SOVAK ČR and the International Environmental Fair ENVIBRNO. In 2009 the fairs will be held for the fifteenth time.

URBIS INVEST – the international investment fair specialising in investment opportunities and development in the regions of Central and Eastern European countries.

This is the largest show of investment opportunities in all the regions of the Czech Republic, active regions and cities in Slovakia, and a number of foreign regions (in 2008 Poland, Russia and Belarus), and a gathering of investors, developers, financial institutions, real estate professionals and all groups in the municipal and state sphere.

 AUTOTEC 2010 - International Fair of Utility Vehicles, Parts and Garage Equipment
The previous year of AUTOTEC 2008, the only specialised trade fair of utility vehicles in the countries of Central Europe, belonged to the five globally leading trade fairs in the industry of utility vehicles, listed in the calendar of the International Association of Automobile Manufacturers O.I.C.A.

Due to the present global economic crisis, which caused a significant drop in the market of utility vehicles, the Automobile Industry Association and the Union of Automobile Importers decided to extend the nomenclature of the next fair’s year by the M1 car category.

The trade fair will take place between June 5 and 10, 2010. The combination of the AUTOTEC and AUTOSALON BRNO fairs 2010 will offer an overview of news and offer in the entire industry, including service technologies and components.

 IDET 2011 - 11th International Exhibition of Defence and Security Technologies
One of the largest world shows of defence technologies in Central and Eastern Europe is the IDET Fair. Exhibitors from about 30 countries present their products to foreign army delegations and professionals all over the world.

The Brno IDET has acquired, within 12 years of its existence, a fixed position in the company of the best world shows of defence technologies. Present political situation and trade fair geographical position are a presupposition of its development, also in the next years.
