The Project envisages the construction of a Photovoltaic Electricity Power Plant with a capacity of ca. 4,8MWp.

The Project is intended in one of the areas with the highest solar irradiation in Bulgaria. There is a report for the executed on-site solar irradiation investigation. The terrain is next to the Jambol – Elhovo road and in close proximity to the utility grid. There is a guaranteed purchase of the electricity by the utility companies in Bulgaria for a period of 25 years and a statutory determined fixed feed-in tariff.

The status of the Project is as follows:

• A special vehicle company was registered for the execution of this project. The company material assets are comprised of the terrain and the company has no other business activity.

• All statutory requirements and procedures up to the phase of the permission to design the plant have been executed.

• The Project is for sale and this comprises full 100% ownership of the company including full title on the required terrain of 102463 sq.m. plus the documentation.
